Criteria database

Based on domestic and international literature, in order to bring the safety management system (SMS) into line with relevant legislation and good professional practice, we have developed a database of criteria in the form of hundreds of industrial safety questions. The expectations set out in this were arranged according to the thematic structure of the SMS. Based on a preliminary SMS audit, the issues in the criteria system database guide the process of establishing and further developing the safety management system.

Base conditions

The safety management system is a collection of necessary and sufficient guarantees to maintain the safe operation of the hazardous materials plant, approved by the authorities.

For questions in the Criteria System database, these warranty elements are assigned site-specifically, tailored to the SMS topic area. This can be done in the implementation of the customer or as an expert contribution of PROFES Ltd.

This process ensures the development of the necessary and sufficient regulatory optimum of the organization, as well as the database serving as the basis for subsequent audits/inspections, the compilation of the so-called base condition.

Planning and conducting field check-up (audit)

The audit plan, that is location or SMS specified, can be downloaded to portable devices equipped with android operation system and Internet access. So that, the field check – up can be carried out not only online but also offline. Those agreement will be checked upon in the audit that has been already set out in the Base condition. The audit result can be accepted, or in case of discrepancy or non – compliance, our customer is provided with the chance to attach further visual – and audio files, besides written comments. In addition to this, there is also a chance to ask for amending actions.
To carry out these actions a SEVESOREC accredited expert is delegated and a period of completion needs to be also defined.

Besides handling the discrepancies, identified during the audit, the SEVESOREC also provides opportunity to record those non-compliances that arose during general employment and to register connected actions. This can be easily done using the mobile device of registered users.

Handling actions

The process of correcting the detected discrepancies and non-conformities can be monitored within SEVESOREC, while ensuring the continuous communication of the stakeholders. Upon completion of the inspection, the software will automatically prepare the report. Once the protocol has been approved, the designated actions will be notified to the designated authorities, they can request additional information on the task to be performed through the system, and they can send feedback to the person who created the action once the corrective action has been taken.
